Same here, but i was down to 150 for about a year when I first went vegetarian, back it '99.
Also, just cause I'm in the 160-180 lb category, doesn't mean I eat steak. I eat really healthy, I just don't exersize enough!
Steak isn't healthy? News to me. I pretty much have to have meat everyday or I get headaches. I always figured it was all the meat and veggies that gave me the respectable (or see: usable) amount of muscle I have, because I've sat on my ass all my life.
Large quantities of red meat will pretty much guarantee cholesterol problems later in life. Everything is ok in moderation, but eating red meat everyday isn't too good for your circulatory system.
But, you're in the midwest. People eat meat at every meal. I was like the only vegetatian I knew in Nebraska. Maybe like 2 or 3 other people, but they ate fish.

There's a history of heart problems on both sides of my family tree, as well as cancer, so yeah, I don't doubt how fucked I am. But I'd kill myself if I was a vegetarian. Sorry. This is one of the reasons I live.

Ok you won't see the striations on my deltoids etc at the moment but not fat, healthy apparently, I will get back into training when I'm not having to put in silly hours at work to pay for the wedding and the bundle of joy that will be arriving 2 months after said wedding!
Do they grow em all as big as you in Scotland?
I'm about 6 foot 2" and weigh about 15 stone. Defo need to lose some weight, I always seem to put on weight during the Summer and lose it in Winter. Usually the other way about isn't it?
I don't even remember what my weight is. I never worry about it. I'm surprised there is still a stereotype about gamers being overweight. I really thought our society had moved past that. I haven't even known that many gamers over the years who were overweight, not that I'd care. Some of the coolest people I've known were big.
I think it's safe to say I'm at a healthy weight. To my eyes I don't look overweight at all. I go by what people tell me and I have actually been told by a few people recently that I have slimmed down quite a bit and look great so it's all good. I have slowly been moving my eating habits into a more healthy directions for months now, but I don't diet. I'm not strict about how I eat. I just try and eat small portions and try to choose healthy alternatives as much as I can but still allow myself to enjoy the occasional pizza or chocolate or whatever. It's all about moderation for me, not deprivation.
I guess I should mention that I don't exercise at all and I have a mostly sedentary job. I am slightly over six inches tall, 29 yrs old. Maybe I'll update this if I find a scale.

5'8" 199 pounds. Just lost 25 pounds in the last couple of months and want to lose another 20 or so. I shouldn't get to light because while I am quite short and heavy I do have alot of muscle.

The only way to deactivate the ray beam and fight back the vampire alien threat is with a complicated series of foot patterns on the device's control board that looks remarkably like a DDR pad. We will all praise this man for saving our lives and buy him a mountain of stuffed animals.
I am about 5'11" and in the 170-180 range. I am working on burning off atleast 10 pounds over the next months. Full aerobic pool games is the easy way to do it -granted during the four hours of them last Sunday I did think I was going to pass out but I had to score that last shot...
