Goodwill actually had some genesis games at a reasonable price for once. Got Super Battleship, Boxing Legends of the Ring and Super Monaco GP for $2 each. Luckily they all still had their cases although Boxing Legends of the Ring was the only one with a manual.

Well I've started off my buying again, probably only going to do this twice a month where I go out and buy stuff from places like gamestop. The bad thing is I tried eliminating games from it to lessen the cost but I kept justifying it and the fact they were complete i couldn't help myself:

- Magical Starsign(ds)
- Ghost trick(ds) (finally found this one, and it's complete!!!)
- Pokemon Ranger(ds)
- Final Fantasy Tactics A2 Grimore of the Rift(ds) (who couldn't use more tactics games? heck I think this is my second, still need a cart only of diseaga)
- Kirby Mass Attack(ds)
- Kirby Epic Yarn(wii)
- Wolf Among us(ps4)
- Kingdom hearts 1.5(ps3)

So yeah there's a pattern in what I bought but the ds section was crammed full of stuff i wanted but slapped my hand away from(and thank goodness too). Heck I even showed restraint near the amiibos even though they had Peach, DK, Diddy, kirby, pikachu and Zelda(if I stayed a second longer near them I would've snapped up 1 of each)
My gameroom
My systems: NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, Wii, original gba, gba sp(001), ds lite, 3ds, vita, psp, PSone(101 model) ps2, ps3(320gb model), ps4, retron 5, and Dreamcast.

Finally picked up something new in the new year. At least something that wasn't part of a bundle, and I don't do those that often anymore, either.

Anyway, snagged Crimson Gem Saga, Capcom Classics Collection Remixed & Reloaded, and Power Stone Collection on PSP. I also recently snagged one of those cheap Gamesticks with a dock from GameStop and put custom firmware on there.

So, they're an interesting piece of kit. For streaming, they're pretty solid, and not too bad for Android gaming. Unfortunately, it's just shy of giving 60 FPS on NES/SNES/Genesis, which is odd. It's certainly playable, but I would have hoped for faster.

The included controller is garbage. The dock is neat enough, and gives you an extra SD card slot, two USBs, and an Ethernet jack.

For a total investment of around $25, it's not a bad little device. I'm hoping some newer CFW gives the ability to overclock a touch, get better performance out of those emulators.

So, my daughter was hospitalized from Thursday until Saturday with the Flu and Pneumonia. She did awesome with never a single complaint, whine, or whimper. The only time she got upset was during drawing blood or her breathing treatments, but that's understandable. At four years old she handled her ailments better than I would at 33. So, for being so great, I decided to buy her a game that we can both play "on the big TV" as she says. So, I bought her Disney Infinity 2.0 on PS4, which she is really loving along with an auction from eBay that had the 1.0 game for Wii U, all of the Playsets from 1.0, over half of the characters from 1.0, a case to put all the characters in, several power disks, and 11 character cards for the PC version. She is having so much fun with it, which excites me because this will hopefully be her gateway into gaming. She has tried before but usually gets bored after a few minutes because the games aren't interesting to her. But she will play Infinity as long as you will let her. Even though all she does is run around as Merida and fall off of ledges. She has a hard time with the PS4 controller being too big for her hands. But, I assume as she plays more, she will find a method that works for her.

3DS/DS:
Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (Complete) $27.99

PS4:
Destiny Expansion Pass (Code) $9.59 *after trade credit*

So I bought Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition for 360. I bought it for the DLC expansion missions. Received game. Capcom = "Psyche the disc is just Resident Evil 5 again, but here's a voucher to download the DLC lol". Really Capcom? Really? You sold me the same game I already had but with an extra printed DLC voucher in the case? Oh, yay. So now I've got to download the 2gigs of DLC on a 360 that's not even hooked up the internet because I live in the sticks and have a shit tier Verizon cellular modem. Capcom = "Lol shoulda bought the PS3 version, THAT'S RIGHT because the DLC is actually on disc in that version. TRICKS ON YOU." MFW Why in the ever living flipping hell would the PS3 version have the DLC content on the disc, but the 360 version has a download voucher instead?

One part of me thinks it's because the install size for RE5 PS3 is already really huge to begin with (5 GB), but you probably have a point there.

Then again, I've noticed a lot of games do this these days. I bought the Deadly Six Edition for Sonic Lost World a month ago, and the DLC was a code on a pamphlet inside the case. Not sure why they do this, tbh.

In that case there could have been two discs in the case. One with RE5, the other with the DLC. Well I learned my lesson, gonna have the read the fine print for now on with Crapcom stuff. These are the crooks after all who put DLC on disc that you can't access without a separately purchased code.
