Awesome. Seriously nice work dude. This is probably the 5th time i've pulled this game out over the last 3 years to put in some good play and the 5th time i've learned new stuff.

Didn't get to play the last 2 days but just put in a few runs - love this game so much.

right, this is probably my third time getting sucked into it over the past few years, and today I felt for the first time I really understood all the scoring stuff. Just a brilliant game. I feel really good about my score on a PB front too.

I can't see my score when I play, the screen is cut off just below it, so I never know my score, but I had the 2nd extend on the 5th stage, was maxed out at 5 full health, then in the swamp I went to get the life up...but got Magic instead? Not sure what it does or why I got it. Maybe because I was maxed on life, or maybe cause I got it while in hyper.

In my head I felt like I was at 150 million when my run ended and I was going to post the score in a spoiler with the comment, "yr up, Doc."

but it wasn't 150 million afterall

Just had a run that turned disastrous on the volcano level so figured I'd give the bonus stage a go. Only had 1 life left and was only at 20M so shrug. Went into nightmare mode and just beefed it hard. Was rough. That level is insane.

I think the train level is easily the most fun personally.

I don't like how the 2nd 4-2 boss crushes your spirit after breezing through the rest of the game.

Much like the 10K medal chime in Garegga; seeing the 10,000 orange flowing into your loli when you are in hyper; is just one of those cool things that only shmups can offer.
