I have commitments from 7 on neo forums - all reputable / no doubts about their ability to get their share.

I think some of you are misunderstanding how this works. We don't need 575 million. We need to procure about half of that, but not liquid, in holdings, cash, assets and loans.

I think it goes without saying - those of us serious about it would be doing this as full time deals. Life is short and this is an amazing opportunity.

My wife is all-in. I can get 50K out of my collection (70K with patience) and my home is paid off, so that is collateral i'd put up to secure a loan.

Dave, no offense, but I think we are looking at 250K/per for investors. Beyond that there are too many hands in the cookie jar and we're going to be arguing about what to develop and it will be the ruin of us all. 250K means you are serious and it limits the number of hands.
