Instead of an 8-bit or 16-bit Nintendo console, the guy opted for a Dreamcast. mas is a bit surprised. Apparently the guy wants a SNES too, but it was more an afterthought to the Dreamcast.

I was confused too. He was just messing with me about the dreamcast . He's getting a snes.
