Actually, thinking about it, very few games actually get into the "extreme" area of metal musically. Other than Brutal Legend and Lollipop Chainsaw, I can't think of any that have bands using harsh vocals or anything.

Yes, and a killer one at that. Goat Whore, Municipal Waste, The Haunted, etc. A nice variety of Extreme Metal in that soundtrack.
