Interesting. I think me, as a gamer, would prefer Demons. But considering the description of Dark, it almost feels like that's an even more intense experience...?

You should put your first 10 levels all into resistance. It makes the game so much easier. And yea I'd suggest starting with demon's just because I feel it's the better game.noiseredux wrote:Interesting. I think me, as a gamer, would prefer Demons. It feels natural to just start with the first game to me. They are both pretty much on the same level of quality though so you can play either one first and be able to go to the next one without feeling some kind of "drop".

Yeah, and make sure to consume all your demon's souls as soon as you beat the boss.flex wood wrote:You should put your first 10 levels all into resistance. It makes the game so much easier. And use the nexus binding ring after every boss you beat in demon's and the dark sign in dark.

The Souls games are okay. They're not the greatest games but definitely worth playing at least once.

In fact, making a 100% resistance build is a totally viable option. Make sure to combine it with all the heaviest most powerful armor you can find.flex wood wrote:You should put your first 10 levels all into resistance. It makes the game so much easier. I feel old when talking to anyone my age yet too inexperienced to effectively talk to anyone older. Life is grand that way.

Also, parrying is for pussies. Make sure that you get the biggest shield possible.MrEco wrote:In fact, making a 100% resistance build is a totally viable option. And never two hand the Dragon Bone Smasher.
Re: Dark Souls Has Ruined Videogames
I personally couldn't get into this game or the other one.. (Demon Souls?) Just didn't find it pulling me into it. That is my input on the game. Not a good one or bad one, just so-so.
