lets not forget, atari 2600 was in fact a 8-bit system, so that can be confusing a little bit. atari 2600 is NOT a 4 bit system, although it seems that way. correct me if im wrong.

It's 8 bit... the MOS 6507 8 bit processor at 1.9 mhz.
I still actively track down 2600 carts at flea markets. Love me some Missile Command, Yars Revenge, anything Activision...My 32bitters are really getting dusty, and the 16's are right behind them. I do rock some "24" bits and the arcade Dreamcasts based boards.

It's actually a 2-bit system because those games don't even look half as good as a NES or SMS title~
