Seemed to me when my friend first started smoking weed, he actually did act like that a lot. I don't know if it was because he was young or if it's because your body sorta needs to develop a tolerance for it or what, but yeah. It was... interesting to hang out with him when he was high back then.

Devin Townsend (guy in my avatar) is probably my favorite musical artist of all time. He quit drugs, including weed, a few years ago basically just to prove to himself that he didn't need them as a crutch to be musically creative. What's followed since is probably the most prolific and varied creative period he's ever had, making some of his boldest, most experimental, and most unhinged material ever. Make of that what you will.

'course, none of this is first hand experience for me.

Well yeah, like I said unless you have zero tolerance for it. If it was when he first started, he had no tolerance for it. It's like when you first start drinking and you just can't handle your alcohol yet.

But he still hasn't topped an album he released 15 years ago. :P

Holy fuck, I just realized that City is 15 years old. Where the hell did my teen years go O_O
