That's one (among MANY) reason I'm a loyal Nintendo customer; they have by far the best first party titles, and I just don't trust third party developers anymore. They spend too much time sucking.

TERRIBLE customer service, day one DLC, online servers always down... I could go on forever.

The terrible quality of single player campaigns in most first person shooters is probably my biggest gripe. What happened to Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, and Duke Nukem 3D? The single player stories didn't always make sense, but damn, they were fun to play. I can't finish Modern Warfare's or World at War's campaign because they suck too hard.
