No, this is a bunch of crap. Good luck finding RSG anywhere for $25. Even in Japan, good f'n luck with that one! It's been high priced for years in Japan. The only way to find it for $25 is if you end up at some local mom&pop shop somewhere and they don't know any better.

Any game shop in Japan sell it for $100-200.

Japanese sellers sell it because... it's a Japanese game. Pretty simply concept, really.
