Favorite Resident Evil Game

Resident Evil 4, followed by Resident Evil 2. If we count the Dino Crisis games, then I would actually rank Dino Crisis 1 in the number 2 spot and RE 2 coming in at number 3.

I think King Kong was a fantastic Survival Horror game (when you're not playing as Kong that is), and that would be my second fave survival horror game overall after RE 4. I'd place Eternal Darkness third

I don't really play a lot of survival horror games or RE games, so my opinion probably doesn't count for much

Yeah, Sheva was one of the worst things about RE5 for sure. Capcom's infatuation this gen with forced co-op is terrible.

If you have a friend to play with the campaign co-op in Resident Evil 5 is a blast to play. My buddy and I played RE5 when it came out for PS3 and now we are going to play through it again with the playstation move controls.

About RE6, while I agree with everyone that it isnt a very good RE game, playing it co-op all the way though with my Fiance was very fun. I can see it being tedious with Sheva controlled by the CPU though.

That's exactly why many of us hate RE 5. It's not supposed to be a co-op game. I would have enjoyed getting at least one more game done in RE 4's style without the co-op

I think what irritates a lot of people is that they didn't even give us a single player mode. RE 5 is clearly designed from the ground up as a co-op game, and it's not like there was a separate, single player only mode where we didn't have to deal with Sheva

And cue why Lost Planet 2 sucked balls in comparison to the first one as well. I really loved the first Lost Planet, but the second one completely sucked... it felt like you were just playing random deathmatch missions against pointless bots, co-op or not. It was completely empty compared to the first game.
