I think many would consider you the asshat for not using proper grammar when it takes very little effort to do so. It's simply polite to write well when you expect others to read it.

One thing I always love about this site is that people who learned English as a second language still do their best with grammar and punctuation, and if someone does slip up a member is quick to add "Hey man, English isn't his native tongue".

I think "grade a jerk" is almost as good of an idea as the "apartment car". You could go to "www.gradeajerk.com" and vote on how big a jerk Chris Brown and other celebrities are.

I usually ignore grammatical errors, but when they start popping up with wild abandon in what's supposed to be an intelligent argument I begin to question the value of my time in engaging such a character. And to limit criticism of DreamcastDude's posts to simply "grammar" is doing him an injustice; I haven't seen the English language raped like this since the days of Myspace.

Dude what really confuses me is why you insist spelling it as grammer when really it takes more effort to spell it that way since your finger was already on the A key for the A in gra so why not just keep it there and press it again for the A in mmar?
