I totally agree. Personally I had a blast playing SF4 and SSF4 added some fun characters along with extremely good balance. At tournament level play so many characters were viable. Look at EVO top 8 for 2010.
AE came out and I dropped the game. I mean why not let players dig into Super for years? Eventually people would have worked the game over and completely changed the tiers and matchups.

Big Rigs was a good example, stuff like Plumbers Don't Wear Ties are what I'd think of too. Pretty sure a whole slew of FMV games and utter shovelware would fall into this as well. Guess I was wrong though and this thread is actually just another "post games you don't like" thread.
Big difference between saying "Mischief Makers sucks, I hated that game" and saying "Mischief Makers doesn't deserve to even exist."
