Do you guys play with the analog stick or d-pad? Or are you guys using an arcade stick?

I use an arcade stick whenever possible. It allows me to rest all four fingers on the buttons, a requirement if you're going to play Team Battle style.

Otherwise I use d-pad.

Dude, what is your PSN ID? I don't see it listed in the ID thread.

I honestly don't think there are very many good SNK games(excluding their big series': Art of Fighting, Fatal Fury, KOF, Samurai Shodown, and Metal Slug - all of which are better purchased in respective collections that have been released prior), but there are a couple of standouts that MUST be released...Pulstar, and for the love of God - Sengoku 3!!!

Oh dude, you owe it to yourself to snoop through the rest of the SNK catalogue. Those games are all big names for reason but there is so much more that makes SNK awesome, especially some of the later Neo Geo games.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Nah, there are plenty of excellent titles for the Neo Geo that aren't fighting games or Metal Slug. The red and white cab was one of the most diverse pieces of hardware at our local arcade during my childhood.

Yeah, the entire Sengoku series needs to be released for Neo Geo Station.

Super Baseball 2020 is another no-brainer. If I could have this with online play I don't think I would leave the house.

We need Ninja. fucking. Combat.

As far as compilations go. There are some good ones, but I always find issues with them. The emulation for the PS2 Samurai Shodown Anthology is great, but you cannot turn the smoothing filter off. The Fatal Fury Battle Archives 1 & 2 are solid, but they used bloodless US AES roms. Metal Slug Anthology has head scratching load times and the emulation is hit or miss throughout every game on the disc.

The Neo Geo Station releases for PSN are as close as you can get to the actual Neo Geo hardware releases (for now). The slowdown is where it should be. Even bugs and glitches from the MVS/AES versions are present. Dipswitches are included to allow you to switch regions and even "fix" games in some cases. Metal Slug 2 has a clock speed switch that fixes the horrible slowdown the original release had... or you can play it MVS/AES perfect with the slowdown intact.

Throw in netplay with some pretty spiffy netcode (in the later releases) and these things are a steal at $9.

I DID look through the list prior to my last post - to refresh my memory, and I still stand by what I said. Please list the other games you would like to see. I have some nostalgia about a couple other titles (Nam 1975, Super Spy), but aside from what I already mentioned (Pulstar and Sengoku 3), only a few others would pique my interest. Perhaps Ninja Combat, Ninja Commando, Ninja Masters, Shock Troopers 2nd Squad, and Super Dodgeball.

I agree, for any one game, it's a great value and probably the best conversion that's ever been, but I can't justify it for those large series' that I mentioned in my prior post.

P.S. I'm getting sick of the fracturing of my retro game collection due to publishers' marketing-oriented release schedule. Prior generation console compilations, Virtual Console, XBLA, PSN...Can I get a complete library on one format please?! (Oh, I'm aware you could say the original hardware - so zip it!)

Super Dodge Ball isn't happening unfortunately. I believe that is tied up in legal issues regarding the rights.
