Does Cosmic Smash count?

It's a stylish, Japan-exclusive, 'tennis game' mixed with Breakout/Arkanoid and a slight splash of Rez.

The objective for each round is to clear all of the tiles in each area by hitting the ball with your racket, and bouncing it off of the walls. It's honestly one of my favorites on the system, but is a bit pricey for an actual copy.

With regards to Virtua Striker 2, I owned that back in 2000 and although it is good for a game or two, it had no actual campaign mode (as it's an arcade port). I haven't actually played any of the other football games, but I know that Giant Killers is a good 'Football Manager' style management game.
Sega did release a more complete football game in 90 Minutes but it was generally panned by critics. And it was Europe only.

The whole 2K series was great. Even though NFL 2K5 was years after DC stopped production, that game was amazing.
