Gamecube at least has the Game Boy Player. You're right tho that XBOX doesn't seem to have much.

I love all the old classic Atari games. But I've never been a fan of the Atari 2600.
It's true that I didn't start gaming until the 'NES era' so I'm probably going to be a little biased towards the 2600's primitive graphics and poorly designed controllers. But honestly, I think they really should have spent a little more time into designing that system. The home console ports of some of their most popular arcade games ranged from God awful to just barely playable.
Maybe the technology and production costs weren't quite there yet - to manufacture and sell home systems with near arcade-quality graphics and sound for an affordable price. But if that's the case, maybe they should have waited a little while before pushing an under-powered Atari system out the door. They could've waited and done it right!?
I'm all for classic gaming. But I just can't imagine paying $5 or more for any Atari 2600 game

I stand with you. I haven't like any of the 3D Zeldas I've played, except Phantom Hourglass which had semi-3D parts with the ship.
I didn't say I don't like any 3D Zelda games. I just think Ocarina is overrated and ugly. Majora's Mask is at least incredibly dark and insane so I like that one. But Wind Waker -- OMG. Wind Waker is my 2nd fav Zelda game right after Link To The Past.

I always think of this when I play Jaws on NES. I mean it's mildly fun in a weird nostalgic way. But sometimes I think back and it's like -- y'know why we played it so much back then? Cuz it cost us a bunch of money and we were too pissed off to not play it.

If it's the "because it killed the Dreamcast" reason I'll come through the internet and punch you.
Regardless of what happened to Sega, the system is still brilliant.
Anyways, I can't really get into anything 8bit and before. There are some 8bit games I love sure, but for the most part I find the 8bit libraries dull.
So as mad as it will sound to some people, I don't really care for the NES, Atari, or SMS all that much.
