Wow... this game is just crushing my balls, i get to cave where the Hammer is and just get obliterated, think ive had Game Over about 15 times now, my Attack is 3, Mag is 4, HP is 4, couple times i almost had enough exp to get 4 Attack, im really frustrated at the moment lol.

I tried going right to the 2nd dungeon but all those damn flying things, RAAAAGEEE!!!

Thinking about emulating this with save states, im no Masochist so im not about to keep trying a million times to prove something, i just want to beat the last boss and move on lol.

Yeah dude, if you're struggling with the first two dungeons and the beginning of the game... let me tell you, it does NOT get easier at all later on.

Why did i make the choice of playing Adventure of Link first, this has to be the hardest Zelda game... it should be like the last one anyone should play in the series, now i have to like justify my reasoning for Emulating it and still counting it as beaten

:UPDATE: 3rd Dungeon down, surprisingly the boss of this dungeon wasnt that bad.

It IS the hardest Zelda game... by a long shot.

The other games dont even compare in difficulty to this one, the only way to make other zelda games hard is by self-imposed challenges, such as 3 heart runs.

with that said 4th dungeon down! i think this game is getting easier...

 (FC, AVFC, NES, SFC x2, SNES, N64, GC x2, Wii x2)*(G&W x7, GB, GBpocket, GBASP, DS-L x2)
(GEN, SS x3, DC x3)*(PCE-Duo)*(Xbox:500GB)*(NGCDZ, NGPC)*(PS1, PStwo, PS3:160GB, PSP.3K)

It does get easier around the middle when you've become an expert iron knuckle killer and have a little more health (you have got some heart/magic containers now right?). Then they throw blue iron knuckles at you and things start getting tricky again.

That said, I didn't find the game to be too difficult. There are plenty of far harder games on NES. In all honesty, if it wasn't for the final dungeon (and it's approach) I'd have said that Zelda 1 is the harder game (damn darknuts and wizzrobes >_<). Compared to other NES games, it's not too mean at all. just annoying figuring where to go.
