I call the assembly of the racketeers.

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Lol, yeah, I was thinking the same thing.

Even a die hard SNES fan like me eventually got a Genesis for some Sonic. :D

seems like a lot of Racketeers haven't beaten a Sonic game. Maybe Together Retro next year since the Genesis ones have been re-released on GameCube, PS2, PS3, VC, what else... PSN? PSP? Etc.

The first two would be a lot easier to beat if they had a save feature like Sonic 3. It really pisses me off that it doesn't. Not even a password system? I know there's level select codes, but they're a pain in the ass to put in every time you wanna start the game up. And on that note, I'm not a big fan of passwords either.

I liked Sonic 1 at the time -- it was the pack-in with my Genesis. And y'know the whole ZOMG SO FAAAST MARIO CAN'T KEEP UPPPPP thing. I tried playing it again recently and just found it kind of good.

Sonic 2 is a masterpiece in my opinion. It is the one untouchable entry in the series (that I've played).

Sonic CD is excellent.

I don't think I've played Sonic 3 or Sonic & Knuckles. In fact, S&K was on the rough draft of my Summer Gaming list. Oh well.

LOVE Sonic, Sonic 2 and Sonic CD. Play and beat them (with all chaos emeralds) at least once a year. It's a shame more of our team hasn't played the games from start to finish.

I think a Sonic TR is a great idea, and I'll be around if anyone has any questions on the aforementioned games.

Well I did a Sonic marathon last year, so I'd love to do another one this year. Perhaps I'll manage to do it in 1 day this time  .

Sonic Adventure 2 is so much fun, but I seen to spend too much time playing with the egg baby thingies (sorry, it's been a while since I've played it).
