What are your favorite brawlers and why?
Re: What are your favorite brawlers and why?
I wonder if this counts as it is more of a hybrid with platforming than a real beat em up, but I had a hell load of fun with Dragon Ball Adventure for the gba. It almost replaced the spot Double dragon had in my heart since I was a kid.

Yeah, but I didnt liked it that much, Im one of those who played the nes version before the arcade, I kinda missed the lame sprites on the advance one. However I'd grab it if I see it someday, just to complete the collection with the gb ones

Heh, now that you mention it, I wonder if Dragon Power(NES) counts as a beat em up. It was a horribly localized Dragon Ball game, but it was a game I always enjoyed, even though I could never get by the 3rd stage.

That reminds me of the astro boy game on gba. That was a pleasant surprise. Very fun beat em up with its only flaw being the laughably simple level designs. It was challenging even when disposing of hoards of identical enemies and the boss fights were creative.
