I suppose it would fall under random cock teasing. It's supposed to be "cool" or whatever. She has another victory pose where she plays a guitar solo, I like that one better.

Yeah that one definitely makes more sense. I've never heard of anyone who thought that taking off your clothes in public was reasonable celebration for having won a fight (Or any competition for that matter).
