I used to love that game, 10 years back or whatever. It seemed like a really cool way to play pinball.o.pwuaioc wrote:Thought of another game I'm obsessed with and not sure why...

I have quite a little dark secret. I play it VERY often and it's pretty unknown. I do however suggest you all play this game.
It's called ballance. It's an amazing puzzle game.

Tomato Adventure for GBA - it's near impossible for me to play because I can't read Japanese, but I still play it a few times a year getting a bit further each time. I don't even like the gameplay and I never get very far. I think it might be the tomato making that warbling noise at the beginning of the intro that compels me to try it again and again.
Dungeonland for Gameboy - It can't just be the intro music, but other than that there's not really much to this game. Still I play it a lot...
Toki for NES - This game's pretty bad. I really don't know why I play it so much.
Bad Street Brawler - same as above.
Rise of the Robots for SNES - I know why I play it. It's the robot that looks a bit like the Caterpillar Power Loader J-5000 Ripley battled the Queen in from the movie Aliens. Still I shouldn't play it as much as I do. It's really not a good game.
I have so many awesome games I've never even played I really can't understand why I keep playing those ones.

Re: games you are obsessed with and not sure why
I have been completely obsessed with the entire Tokyo Xtreme Racer series ever since I first played it on the Dreamcast. When the Dreamcast launched TXR was the first game I bought. I went home, hooked it up and played TXR for 23 hours straight. I still talk to my friend that was my roommate at the time and he still makes fun of me about that.
My new favorite game I am obsessing over is The Tower SP on GBA. I had never even heard of this game untill I stumbled across it a few weeks ago at a local shop. It is a micro-managing freaks dream come true (if that dream involves a Game Boy and building a skyscraper).
