I love zoop! I am absolutely psyched to see one of my favorite puzzle games on together retro. This game gets compared to Tetris a lot simply because it's a puzzle game. I think it has more in common with board games like backgammon or mancala .

I picked this game up on a whim at a yard sale two years ago. I had no idea what the hell "zoop" meant; I just figured I'd risk spending one dollar on a it. The art on the cartridge gave me no idea what the game was about. It just shows the word "Zoop" in crazy 1990s lettering. It's maybe the second worst SNES cartridge label after Phalanx.

Once I get home from class, I'm going to pop in my SNES cartridge and whoop all your butts. Yeah, I said it.

Hmmm I had no idea what this game was only that i see copies all the time. Like every game store has a copy of Zoop. I had no idea it was anything cool. I may pick up a copy before i leave chicago.

....played the game. i'm starting to like it more and more as i play it. :) i'm playing the gamegear version.

@sevin, interesting that you went with GG version. Fast said that both handheld games were bad. Though I'd imagine that the GG would be much better than GB. Don't know what they were thinking putting a color-based game on a black & white system. Anyway, interested to hear yr thoughts, especially if you have any other version to compare it to.
