If you mean buy games online and have it shipped here by some company or auction site, I haven't done that at all while living stateside. All of the JPN stuff was bought in Japan while living there. I live in the states now, but if there is anything I need I just order it and have it sent to my cousin or in-laws and then they send it to me. I haven't done that with games tho, just car stuff.
