What is in your bar?
Re: What is in your bar?
I just don't have the space to entertain, so I keep nothing stocked besides a bottle of Jim Beam and a rotating assortment of cheap domestic beers. All I need for a night of gaming or listening to Tom Waits with the lights turned off, whatever mood strikes me.

I personally don't drink beer myself (Smirnoff is it); never acquired the taste but I will drink it down for my love of beer pong
All the beer I have is leftovers from recent parties. My wife loves rum (probably too much haha) and some of the ready to drink mixed items. ***If you like dark spiced rum I highly recommend trying The Kraken. It tastes great and I have had multiple people comment on the flavor it has.

Yamazaki 18 and Coke.
Re: What is in your bar?
Beer I have currently stocked:
Rochefort 10
Terrapin executioner
Sam Adams summer ale
Natty Ice (left over from a party that was 9-10 months ago. I use it to boil Shrimp)
A ton of single bottles that are rare, expensive or no longer brewed.

I highly approve of the Rochefort 10, very nice Belgian Trappist beer. If you like that you should try the La Trappe Quadrupel or the Delirium Nocturnum. Both gorgeous quadruple beers (IE triple fermentation plus an extra re-fermentation in the bottle) with heaps of flavour to them. I love them all, each for different reasons.

Re: What is in your bar?
I keep Miller High Life. I also keep Silver Tequila, here in Atlanta we have a strong Latino population so there are lots of popular brands. Gin on hand is usually New Amsterdam or Seagram's. The Sweetwater brewery is here in the ATL as well. Eight bucks on a Saturday afternoon gets you a souvenir pint glass and eight fill-ups of whats on tap.
I just want to separate the cereal from the mouse mask.

I will definitely have to find La Trappe quad since I haven't had that one. I have had Delirium Nocturnum, but it was a long time ago when I really wasn't into beer so I don't remember it well. The tremins I like a lot, I had that recently on tap.

I prefer the nocturnum way more than the tremins but they are both nice beers.

I've got more under the bar and in the wine fridge, but these are the mainstays behind the bar.
