SNES has better sound by far, but it it's hard to categorically say it has better graphics. GBA is lower resolution, similar color depth, but better scaling and rotation, and much, MUCH better 3D capabilities than the FX chip ever offered. It also seems to be able to handle more sprites faster than the SNES could. As noted earlier in the thread, some SNES ports to GBA had their colors messed up for the sake of higher visibility on unlit screens, so it's easy to mistake the GBA's real graphical potential.
