OMG that BBA post is so timely. I finally bought a BBA... TODAY! Now I'm looking for a 2nd for my other Gamecube so my wife and I can play Mario Kart Double Dash over LAN. But wow, great post. Thanks!

Thanks for the article on the BBA. I didn't realize that Star Fox Assault could go online using XLink, that sounds like some fun. A few years ago when the Gamecube was "popular" and newer, I lived in a neighborhood with no kids in it and didn't get to experience multiplayer gaming for Mario Kart, Kirby Air Ride, and Star Fox. Guess I a should start looking for an affordable BBA now.

Thanks for the Tales of Symphonia Post as well. I've heard many good things about that game. I should start looking for that one as well.
Collects promo gaming stuff, certain import games, hockey memorabilia, and other oddball things. (sig and avy under construction)

Great review. It's worth noting that the limited edition Japanese release includes an extra disc that features an emulation of the original NES Metal Gear game. I'd love to track that version down just to (officially) run the NES MGS on the Cube.
