Monkey Island has not been remade in 3D....

It hasn't? Could've sworn it had. I must have some new Monkey Island game in mind.

The first 2 games have recently been remade in HD (still 2D) while there has been a 5 part episodic sequel released which is 3D. I imagine you have the Tales of Monkey Island series confused with the remakes.

I cannot believe that we're this far in and nobody has mentioned either Policenauts or Snatcher.

You people should be ashamed.

I love Policenauts (I have not played Snatcher, no Sega CD), however when people talk P&C they generally dont mean first person, despite the fact you point and click in them, this is why it has not been mentioned.

Ah, cool.

As for Snatcher emulate it, it's one amazing adventure game.

I plan to get a Sega CD in the future, when money actually exist in my world, I dont mind playing a backup, but would much prefer to play it on its original hardware.

Japanese-developed visual novels such as Ace Attorney and Snatcher are more or less adventure games but being presented in first person they're closer to the Myst subgenre than 'traditional' point-and-click games. AdventureGamers for one do consider DS titles like Ace Attorney and Professor Layton to be AGs.

If anybody is a fan of Maniac Mansion (like me) and of the GBC (like me) then you'll probably love Scooby Doo Classic Creeps Capers (like me).

My little brother had that. He wasn't a fan of it though- he prefers shooty games. Oh Telepot, you so crazy.
