So, for ever game you would need a Supergrafx, Super CD-ROM² (or CD-ROM² plus the adapter to connect it to the Supergrafx) and an Arcade Card (either Pro or Duo is fine if you use the Super CD-ROM²).
So, If I didnt want a Supergrafx, I could just get a
modded Japanese Turbo duo
Arcade Duo card

and play everything but 5 games?
