Wow, this is starting to look like the best fighting game EVER!!!

Check this out:

At this point, I just hope it won't have to be censored in order to make the M-rating, like what happened with Manhunt 2 and such

Wow, they changed the effect of the ground freeze. Also, those X-ray super attacks are cool looking. I like how characters show battle damage.

Does look fun

I've always like MK for being so different from all the other fighters out there. One of the few series that isn't just taking things out of Capcom's playbook like most other companies(SNK, for example) and I love the world and characters in MK, which is part of what made Shaolin Monks so much fun

I think they did it to make it more serious. The ground freeze effect before was kind of silly.

You know, I'm not a fighter officianado, but why don't more of them show battle damage and bruises? Hasn't it mostly been the pervy fighters with shredding female clothes that have done this sort of thing?

I think it's mostly because of how many hits the characters take to knock out, they look kinda ridiculous by the time the fight is done. Mortal Kombat has been doing it for a while.

Looks cool. I just don't think I'm gonna be buying it due to the blocking and running buttons. Staples of the series, I know, but still clunky as hell.
