The endings of Shenmue II and Chrono Cross and not seeing sequels to finish story of each game.. :(

Ninja dieing near the end of Metal Gear Solid was pretty sad considering him and Solid Snake salvaging their former friendship.. Was pretty sad how he wanted you to kill him, but Snake couldn't bring himself to do it then bam, the Rex crushes him.. Also me getting a 32x on Christmas 1994 was sad also..

Cave Story has so many amazing moments. To this day I still find it hard to believe that it was made by one man. Many of the scenes where moving, including "that" one.
