I actually really enjoyed the multiplayer on that game. The single player sucked though.Flake wrote:Best example I can think of? Metroid Prime: Hunters. Sony has a greatest hits line for the PSP and PS3 too.AppleQueso wrote:But even when they were on top (such as in the SNES days) they had budget lines.yomomma1 wrote:But you see if they aren't having problems making money, there is no reason to lower the price of the game to try and get people to buy it.AppleQueso wrote:Wii is currently the only console without a budget line. I still don't understand why not, when Nintendo was more than happy to release budget lines in generations past.
I mean it's not like they're struggling to rake in profits or anything.
Sony had greatest hits lines when the ps1 and ps2 were on top.

Re: Nintendo Prices
I bought Metroid Hunters for 20 bucks at a best buy, so that is one of the few games that did lower in price. BTW, I loved that game even thought I only played the single playerFlake wrote:Best example I can think of? Metroid Prime: Hunters. Re: Nintendo Prices
I remember Best Buy selling the Metroid Prime Trilogy for $20 right before it went out of production... too bad I didn't get a copy then.

I saw this around at a few places, I feel the same regret.SpaceBooger wrote:I remember Best Buy selling the Metroid Prime Trilogy for $20 right before it went out of production... too bad I didn't get a copy then.
Re: Nintendo Prices
