I see them plenty, although not as much as DS. In fact, I see them more than I see GBA's.

I take my DS when I want to take a portable system. It's the only one I have, so it's an easy decision. I don't take it with me much, though. My favorite way to play DS is sitting in the same chair I play my non portable consoles in, with the charger sitting next to me, so that it will be in easy reach when it needs to charge while I play. It happens often, I usually play for up to 4 hours at a time. I don't do the whole "quick and fun" thing. I want my portable games to be portable, but play like regular console games. No Tetris for me, give me Chrono Trigger.

It's funny, since my PSP obviously isn't a Nintendo DS or Gameboy, my mom just calls it "the black thing."

My mom always mentions "the black thing" when her and our pool boy Jamal are sorting out the bill in her bedroom. Guess he has a psp.

Dingoo A320. Cheap and capable of playing most of my favorite games. If it gets scratched up or broken I can replace the case or unit easily. I carry it in my inside jacket pocket everywhere. On long trips I bring a DS and PSP slim in my travel bag. I also bring my windows mobile smartphone everywhere for the old dos games and internet capability.
