Usually once or twice a year I pull out the trilogy for the snes and beat them back to back to back. If you die during a boss battle and have to start with a weaker blaster, the game gets a lot more difficult. Hang in there Jrecee, I find them to be a lot of fun.Jrecee wrote:Super Star Wars and Super Star Wars: The empire strikes back.
I'm near the last boss in God of War 2, but there's this part going down a winding staircase when it's like a marathon of baddies. I need to pick it back up over the weekend.
Blitz, The League, or any Blitz game. The alternating AI is just frustrating.
Like a few others here, frustration is more of a motivator for me. The reason JT and I can usually breeze through Ninja Gaiden isn't because it is an easy game, it's because it frustrated the hell out of us, and we had to show the game who was boss. Beating a frustrating game really gives you a better sense of accomplishment than say, beating Lego Star Wars.
