Thanks for all the suggestions so far guys. I appreciate it even though I made the post in a moment of disbelief early this morning. I am reading them all. Obviously a lot of overlap, so not responding to all.

Interesting. Looks like the kind of dangerous game where if you 'get' it, you play and suddenly wonder where the last 6 hours went.J T wrote:You should give Flower a try.

Splitfish makes a good mouse controller for the PS3. So maybe this will change your mind about FPSs on the PS3. Heres the review http://gear.ign.com/articles/799/799262p1.html What kind of genre of games do you like? From what I read, you seem to like very little. The PS3 has a very diverse selection of games, yet so seemed to shove all of them off. I just curious what games you DO like.
Re: Wow, lack of PS3 games that appeal to me
So, uhh... what genres do you like to play on consoles? You obviously play RTS/FPS on PC (where it belongs), and don't like platformers, so what do you like?

Re: Wow, lack of PS3 games that appeal to me
Haha, was waiting for that question you two posted.
Action (non FPS on consoles), puzzle, pinball, shmups, run n gun, RPGs. Though I'm way behind on RPGs I've picked up for older systems and I prefer non bullet hell shmups.
After taking a second look at reviews and the suggestions from everyone in this thread (thanks guys), this is my potential want list at the moment. So I've got some ideas now and things don't look as bleak as they did when I got home late last night. Maybe I'll find some more things on PSN, but I'm still surprised at the slim pickings that have caught my eye considering how long the PS3 has been out.
3 dot game hero
Crash Commando
Demon's Souls
Flower
Infamous
Pixel Junk Shooter
Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection
Uncharted 1 & 2 (maybe)
Zen Pinball
I have a potential trade in progress for Demon's Souls and think I might end up grabbing infamous when I head out in a bit.

Re: Wow, lack of PS3 games that appeal to me
I just got a PS 3 today. I picked up Folklore, it looks interesting. Very artistic with a nice story or so I've heard. Haven't had a chance to play anything since those bastards at Sony didn't include a component cable for me to use with my high def set.
I also got Heavenly Sword, but that may not be your cup of tea.
