Thanks Izzy. I've been catering for 10 or so years, but baking is not my thing. I loathe baking, probably because I'm just not good at it.

It's going to taste great though, chocolate fudge cake with cream cheese frosting. The only thing I don't like is the fondant, which was necessary to make the cake.

Let me preface by saying that this was a lot harder than I thought it would be. I'd compare my skills to that of a 12 year old girl.

Not bad man! It's kind of funny, the dreamcast cakes may be the easiest to make too, as it's almost a perfect square. I'm not even going to attempt a Virtual Boy cake.
