Together Retro: Crazy Taxi

I know this is sort of nit-picky, but what's with the super brief TR introduction article this month? I have never played this game before, so I would have loved one of those articles with tons of background on the game. Again, I know I'm being nit-picky, but I'm just saying that this article mainly just makes me want to go look up the game on wikipidia or other sites. And that would be fine if I haven't seen far better TR articles introducing games in the past. (don't mean to poop on anyone, seriously).

I always thought all TR reviews were bone thin.
Still like 'em though, and will continue to read them.

That being said, my reviews on the same games might be a tad bit long (see Captain Commando).

And if I do it's thru repetitive runs which sort of takes the fun out of it in a way. I don't know. I just feel like the game doesn't last me all that long. We'll see if my opinion changes. You just need to keep working at it. Learn to Crazy Dash follow by the Over-rev. It's the only way to get at least an S class score. Make sure you clear all the crazy box missions, they really show you how to play the game. Make sure you press the Start Button on each box mission and it tells you what techniques you need to master to complete the mission in the required time.

I love Crazy taxi, but one question. This has bothering me ever since I got the game with my DC. What is that yellow black thing on the left of the logo? Is it a hat? a weird tire? what the hell is it?

I ordered a copy of Crazy Taxi on the Dreamcast for $3.99 shipped. I haven't played this it in years, but I'm ready to listen to The Offspring over and over and over again.

It was also the first PS2 game I got way back in 2002. The ironing is delicious.
