Its not unfair at all. Ebay even says it is fine to use them because the higher bidder will still win. It is just a matter of when you put your higher bid in first. If your maximum bid is $450, even if he snipes with a bid of $300 with 5 seconds left, you are still going to win the auction. If you loose to a sniper in an auction its because your maximum bid was less than his, not because he placed it last minute. It prevents bid wars from happening, which is why the prices sometimes end lower, but if you are willing to bid $450 then put that as your snipe and play it that way. Lol i picked up my CDX for 20$ off a lady on craigslist last year, mint with its cdx carrying case, 3 controllers and all the cords, and 9 games. That was a ridiculous day

Ok this seller has been...more than great.
1: Sending me another sega cdx...just not as great. More or less sending me this one to have a guy i know swap all the internals over so i can keep the mint shell of the current cdx.
2: Paying for shipping that cdx here ALSO paying for me to ship the broken cdx back once we are done with it
3: Also willing to pay for the time/bill of having everything changed over to working like brand new condition.
I admit its been hell trying to make it work...but all in all, ive never really found any other sellers that were willing to do so much to make something right...hell on ebay people would have laughed and said...HAVE FUN!...
So...all in all...this should work out for the best.
