As European, many of the features are not available to me, or don't translate to my culture. I also wonder will Microsoft at all bother with the Japanese market this time around, doesn't look like it.

I am not sure why being white is a condition, but I can generally agree with the rest of it. More than half the guys I play madden and Ncaa leagues with are black guys. The football and basketball sports games are very popular in the demographic. All types of ethnicities love the CoDs and other FPS games.

Law of diminishing returns.

This image sums it up:

There's a heck of a lot more to graphics than geometry. This just makes me think that now they can do better lighting, AI, particle effects, textures, etc.. Heck even just a better draw distance would be nice on some games.

people's reactions in this thread are about 100X more entertaining than that press conference.

Just chill, wait to see the launch lineup and what the final word is on used/online/drm questions and then critique the final product. All this speculation and posturing is just silly and fruitless.

You just like it because Korpi just explained you almost exactly except for a couple of years and your disinterest in modern sports games. Lol

One. Fusion. Same shit.

In my own little world you would owe me $250.

Nah, I would have made you make a bet on what you think it would have been, and you undoubtedly would have lost.

No way would I have taken a bet on what it would be called, just what it wouldn't be called. No way on Earth would they call it the 'Fusion'.

I was really, really expecting the console to focus on the Microsoft brand/name and that the console would be named "The Microsoft *insert symbol*".

If I had the keys to the Microsoft marketing car, I'd take the original XBOX logo and add a Triangle smack dab in the middle of it, pretty much making both a sweet design and the middle finger to the "360 rips off the ps2 controller" dudes.

Now it's doubly official. Starting now, If I actually meet someone who's genuinely enthusiastic about this thing (as opposed to sarcastically supporting it for trolling purposes), I'm going to automatically deduct 100 IQ points. Not to be a douche or anything, but seriously, you'd have to be a complete moron to waste money on this.
I'm not a glitch, I just have pixlexia.

This has never been said by someone not being a complete douche.

This is no exception.
