No there aren't because those cheat devices were a niche product. Besides, if they were too fucking dumb not to get a refund for a product that no longer works then who's fault is that, really? It's a complete non-issue.

The Finnish Consumer Board has given Sony the finger. Finally! Hopefully this will encourage others to do the same, so that these rabid corporations think twice before screwing consumers.
