I wouldn't say evil, but it was bullshit.

Why? They added USB Memory stick (which is way better than memory cards anyway) support less than 3 months after their removal.

Oh damn~ I am literally laughing out loud on this one. It's so funny because it's so true.
After hearing KazHirai moaning on and on about how this system will be a 10 year console with no PS4 even on the horizon and how they're going to expand the system, it's even funnier.

That's good. It still doesn't make removing support for third-party memory cards any better.

What? They removed a practically useless feature (aside from cheating, which is bad) and added a 100x better one? Are you on glue?

Yes, and now there are assloads of now useless memory cards with owners saying: "Well shit, now what do I do with this?"

and added a 100x better one? Are you on glue?

Two different things.

No there aren't because those cheat devices were a niche product. Besides, if they were too fucking dumb not to get a refund for a product that no longer works then who's fault is that, really? It's a complete non-issue.

You're talking about these, right?

I highly doubt anyone could've gotten a refund.

The Finnish Consumer Board has given Sony the finger. Finally! Hopefully this will encourage others to do the same, so that these rabid corporations think twice before screwing consumers.

What have I been saying since the start of this whole mess?

"Sony tried to point out that the user agreed to the PS3 EULA, but the consumer board noted that such agreements can't go around consumer laws."

There you are folks. I'm not just some crazy Sony hating guy. EULA's mean nothing, they are not law.
