Working for a TV company, even just in a desk-job position, sound really neat.Ack wrote:Nailed the interview! The Turner Broadcasting recruiter says he's going to pass on my information and will be setting up a second interview at their Atlanta headquarters sometime next week, so I might possibly be working for TBS by sometime in December!

I added her on Facebook yesterday, hasn't friended me back though. She moved states, so unless I move to where she is my luck runned out. Gahhh, why can't this stuff be more simple!

Because if caring about someone was simple, it would be without consequence or significance. The Last Horseman wrote:I added her on Facebook yesterday, hasn't friended me back though. She moved states, so unless I move to where she is my luck runned out. Gahhh, why can't this stuff be more simple!

No shit. The girl who left me recently still loves me but had come to the conclusion that we weren't going anywhere, and though she won't admit it, I believe she fell in love with her best friend. I'm upset by it, but I love her and am accepting it, and I want her to be happy, even if it's not with me.Flake wrote:Because if caring about someone was simple, it would be without consequence or significance. The Last Horseman wrote:I added her on Facebook yesterday, hasn't friended me back though. As for that job, if I get it, I'd be primarily focused on creating metadata terms for data retrieval in TBS's internal media database. Should be fun!

When it comes to love, it's rarely simple, unless of course you're just in it for the poontang.Flake wrote:Because if caring about someone was simple, it would be without consequence or significance. The Last Horseman wrote:I added her on Facebook yesterday, hasn't friended me back though.
