Happy hardcore, UKHC, Freeform&FINRG. Some songs with cheesy/annoying lyrics, but that comes with the territory. Nonetheless has some decent tracks, like Xochitlán, Let me fly, and Holocaust Of Death. Can't complain with a set that starts with Alek Száhala

Can any one recommend me songs/artists that sound like Basshunter's old stuff? I really miss the old sound of Basshunter, why did he have to sell out?
So many good memories of playing World of Warcraft, Warcraft 3&Counter Strike Source while listening to his songs... Songs like En porrig sommar, Moon Trip, I will touch the sky, Counter Strike, Rainbow Starz, The big show, Sverige, I'm so in love with you, Welcome to the rainbow, Dota etc.

That song could really do with 100% less Pharrell. (Nothing against Pharrell....)
I'unno. Bass rhythm seems to be the focal point, and feels a little weak. Instrumentation and tempo are really important to me in retro game BGM remixes, though.
Emphazed sounds like a pretty good original track, though.

But then there would hardly be anything left of the song...pierrot wrote:That song could really do with 100% less Pharrell.
I only added that one because it was a Sonic remix. Not because it's exceptionally good.pierrot wrote:I'unno. Bass rhythm seems to be the focal point, and feels a little weak. Instrumentation and tempo are really important to me in retro game BGM remixes, though.
That's why I posted it separately...

I have DJ friends who have reported completely clearing dance floors with that song. Not a good thing.elmagicochrisg wrote:Something to wash the foul taste of that new Daft Punk song away...

Need FreeMCboot? I'll install it on your PS2 Memory Card for free if you cover postage both ways.
