Everyone has been thinking that my talking about this is me complaining about my daughter and has been judging me as a father.

Anyway, today, I kissed goodbye to my old job in a pizza restaurant and said hello to my new job, working in a cinema. It's not the best job in the world, but it's closer to home, better pay - and free cinema tickets. So if anyone needs any, hit me up.

: Going to the bank to get the stupid car loan situation fixed again and to hopefully get the $400 car payment that went to my Dad's Truck back in my account.

: Going to head to Lowes and pick up a few things thinking about either making a dog house or building some stackable shelves for my games. Want to get some experience working with wood so that when I do get a place hopefully in the spring I can do repairs a little easier.

The start of school is going really well and I feel full of energy. Sure, these first classes are kind of a bore but I like the subjects and the teachers are all really great, they have worked in the field for years and have lots of interesting anecdotes to tell.

I finally found a couple places to study French. I have wanted to pick up another language for some time now and after spending the summer with a girl that speaks at least five I decided to actively look for a place to learn.

I've been writing regularly again, though making up for the lost time is going to be very difficult. Most of the people who used to read my blog regularly are gone and my last two articles went practically unread. It's kind of dissapointing because combined they just add up to 27 views.

Hey, no worries. We all struggle with this from time to time. Last year I got in the habit of writing an hour a day, but after moving in January, I have never successfully reclaimed that. Sometimes I struggle to write, but sometimes I'll sit down and knock out 1000 words almost out of nowhere. Those days it's a thrill, and I get so excited doing it. But it's nowhere near consistent. I've been working on the same thing since March, and I've only got about 18,500 words down. It's awful.

I started my jazz blog/site in June and have put up 25 or so album write-ups and have gotten (1) comment to date. I've learned to just write what I want with me as the audience and not worry about views as much. Even my RFGen articles generally only get 2 or 3 comments. #ShakeItOff
