Not really a thought, but here are a couple of pics I took today around town in San Francisco.


Old school cabs in, of all places, a Burger King.

if that was only normal for all burger kings.

Pole Position out of order -- the horrors! Still one of my favorite all time actual cabs to play -- no Namco collection or emulator can get the steering right.

You'd have to pull me away from that Millipede cab

Doesn't seem like a very enjoyable place to play arcade games in, especially as the cabs are crammed so close to each other

How do people tear labels on cartridges? I know that I take excellent care of everything I own and not everyone does but, I have never damaged a game label ever... People must really take poor care of their stuff if they manage to do that.

Only way I can really think of is like, if the label had a price sticker carelessly slapped onto it that someone tried to remove, accidentally tearing the label in the process.

Only way I can really think of is like, if the label had a price sticker carelessly slapped onto it that someone tried to remove, accidentally tearing the label in the process.

Also siblings can be destructive. Maybe out of anger or mischeif, they pick and pull at a corner of the game and slowly begin to pull the sticker.

Also older games labels and left out to the elements begin to slowly peel off, which leads to little brother or sister to start ripping there too.

Its the same reason why now discs are all scratched up and thrown around. Basically useless now.

Just have a look at all those damaged Gamecube games.

1 word: Children. They are destructive, and many of them like to stick random objects in their mouths.

The franchisee of that Burger King must be pretty radical.

that or hes making some side money with his own arcade games inside the restaruant.

Lets hope corporate doesnt find out that their franchise is being sullied by these arcade games.

Maybe the dude hides them before the monthly company inspections?
