Eat. It'll make you feel better (at least temporary, if you have clinical depression, seek help), and your body digesting the food will make you tired. Side effects may include an overabundance in calories leading to accumulation of fatty cells over the weeks, months, and years. But then exercise, which also produces endorphins, which, as you should know, make your brain happier.
