Ticked Off More Than Words Can Convey:

The Republican Party blocking debate on 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' just to please a bunch of nut-job, Christian wacko, stupid f**k dips**t teaparty douchebags a few weeks before an election.

F**K you, John McCain.

I served in the Navy for 6 years along side dozens of gays and lesbians who had to hide their entire lives from everyone around them to avoid persecution, imprisonment, expulsion, or demotion. Good men and women who protected me when I slept, guarded the gates of the bases I worked on, navigated the ships I rode on, and cooked the food I ate.

Oh and F**K Harry Reid for making it an immigration issue and creating this whole stupid situation.

/Rant.

Sorry to hear about your friend Luke. At least he saved his brother.

----------

Ticked
Auto Insurance raised price from initial quote when I added daughter as secondary driver for one of my vehicles. Main office saw that I own four vehicles so justified daughter was primary driver of one of them. Even though all vehicles are registered to my wife and I only.

Smile
After proving my 62 is strictly for car shows and the Sequoya is only used on weekend recreation, won my case. Daughter is now secondary driver, saved about 250 dollars off annual insurance rate. Lucky that the annual milage submitted every year proves only MPV and 4Runner are daily goto work commuters. All vehicles have minimum coverage, not even uninsured motorist, since we have a good medical policy.

Rant
Full car insurance coverage is a joke, insurance will only pay blue book value, not actual bodywork repair costs.
Boat insurance also ridiculous to get, policy voided if towing. Uh, it is a ski boat used for wakeboarding.
Rental car insurance also a waste. Accident goes after your regular policy first
Do you think I hate insurance as much as DRM and DLC?

Smile 2
Got a good deal on Son's move, 25 dollar gift card for Move Navigator later.

Smile: I woke up not feeling crappy, and my gf made me happy last night
Ticked: Though I'm making plans to move out and get my own place, at the moment I still live with my parents. Having that said, this morning I was brushing my teeth, and then went for the mouthwash that was already sitting on the counter, only to find out THAT WASN'T MOUTHWASH. I just swished some kind of cleaning product in my mouth. FML.

That is amazing, I didn't know laser disc players were still used in schools. Bit of a Laser nut myself, see my signature link. Curious what was the video you missed?

I was pretty shocked too to see it, most of the students in the class didn't even know what it was. The movie was some educational thing based on the Gold Foil experiment. Atoms, Molecules, and other that other fine and dandy chemistry stuff. -snore-

The remote control was friggin' HUGE though. Y'know those jumbo universal remotes you see at some stores that are marketed towards senior citizens? It looked that big. Like if I had to guestimate I'd say it was about 3 inches in width and 7 inches in length, which I haven't seen anything that big before.
