As someone who works on a streaming service, believe me, we are aware. Welcome to the bubble.

Speaking of online TV shows, if anyone here enjoys SCUBA diving and the ocean like I do, check out this Youtube channel:

Most videos are 1080p60 and very well edited. Blue World is more professional than you might expect from a Youtube channel.

Battlestar Galactica 2004 is depressing! I couldn't stand it any more. Every episode ends on a downer. I literally wanted to die when I watched this series. I had to stop for my own mental well-being. I gave up before I finished the first season.

I felt the same way. The entire series was so depressing I had to stop watching. But the quality of the acting, effects, writing was all spectacular (except the CG Cylons, those were crappy).

I thought the first couple seasons were pretty compelling, but after that it got kinda mixed. I still watched it to the end though, and it had its moments. Even then, less super depressing, and more just very odd plotlines.

This is sort of my experience with Mr. Robot. The trouble is that it's also so damned good*! I just can't stay despite the fact that watching it also makes me feel sort of rotten. I think I just admitted that I'm in an abusive relationship with a TV show ...

*(YMMV, blah, blah, blah)

I stopped watching Mr Robot because I couldn't stand the main character. I kept thinking "man, there's a bunch of Reddit types who probably think he's meant to be heroic".

Which one?

I work for both FilmStruck and Boomerang's streaming service, though FilmStruck is my primary focus.
