64. Super Smash Bros. for Wii U Wii U
65. Pokémon Alpha Sapphire 3DS *NEW*
Pokémon Alpha Sapphire is a pretty great remake of the original Pokémon Sapphire. The new game elements are interesting, although they could have used more of them earlier on - it takes a while to find new content here.
The world of Hoenn is still wonderfully realised, although it feels more disjointed than before as environments are split into sections with screen transitions rather than the world being continuous as it was on GBA. I feel they probably could have done this better than they have. The HM requirements of the game are still ridiculous too, which is a shame - it's annoying having to waste moveslots or team spaces on HM moves.
Every pokémon game that comes out is generally of top quality, and this one is no different. That said, Pokémon is Pokémon, and there's not a lot new to discuss here. If you like the series, this one is excellent.

Re: Games Beaten 2014
Stark, have you played Escape Goat 2 yet? It's just like the first game, only way better.
Re: Games Beaten 2014
I bought the Humble Bundle - Awesome Games Done Quick bundle actually yesterday (https://www.humblebundle.com/). If you pay $10 or more you get EG2. Looking forward to it!!!noiseredux wrote:Stark, have you played Escape Goat 2 yet? It's just like the first game, only way better.

Mirror's Edge
I have been told by so many people how great this game is, but just never got around to playing it. I agree with a lot of what I have read in that the gunplay is very weak, but that did not bother me all to much. The game to me is much more of a puzzle game than anything else, you go through each section trying to figure out how to scale to to end.
I felt that the flash style cartoons really took away from the game and just felt out of place.
Great game that ends just before the mechanics wear out there welcome.
FORGOT TO ADD THIS, ONLY NOTICED WHEN I WENT TO POST IN THE 2015 THREAD.
