It's on my backlog.
You playing the Dragon Slayer games in order or just bouncing around? I know you beat Faxanadu this year.

I generally only worry about playing games in order when there are direct story links between them.

I was happy I snatched that up when I did. It was on sale for $17 from Amazon. I believe it is the only physical release of that game but I could be wrong.

I finally picked up Freedom Wars. No idea if I'll like it but I like killing big things and complex and long progression so we'll see!

Same as me. It was free on PS+ this month in Europe.

I played the first 30 mins or so, but I might leave playing it properly until I can dedicate more time to it. I want to finish Danganronpa 2 and Virtue's Last Reward first.

Man, the gameplay seems great and I love the premise and atmosphere but the single player pacing is all off so far. I remember reading complaints about that and now I totally understand.

The game is comfortable with letting you play for the first hour and a half but then decides to take you through a story that despite my love of anime bullshit cannot hold my attention. The characters are super forgettable and generic. The points where it autosaves aren't quite spaced well either so now I have twenty minutes of story I already went through that I have to go back through again. Just let me kill monsters and get bigger guns!

I've been considering getting Freedom Wars lately as it's pretty cheap, especially for a Vita game (it's an expensive console to buy for). I haven't invested yet though.

I did get a bunch of other Vita stuff lately though:

Lost Dimension
Steins;Gate
Dungeon Travelers 2
Ys: Memories of Celceta
Arcana Heart 3: Love Max
Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth2
Child of Light

Hey man, semicolons are confusing, I figure they just thought they would try it and hope no-one would notice if it was wrong.
