My first thought is hay should be something called Paper Ninja. Nope. That's another game. I looked at every Ninja game in steam I thought could be it. nope, just chuck testa.

You're on the right track. It's not on Steam, though. It's possible that it's only available through one, pretty niche, online storefront. I should make sure it's even still available there--.

Let me qualify, then. When someone gets the answer and I realize there is absolutely no way I would have known or found that answer, it feels a little less fun to me. I like the idea that I might have the tools to get to the answer even if I don't know it. There's no way I would have come across Deep Sea Adventure. The answer clearly wasn't impossible, but I didn't have the knowledge necessary for it to be possible to come up with that answer for myself.Exhuminator wrote:I disagree and enjoy the challenge.marurun wrote:I'll admit, sometimes the really obscure stuff does feel a little less fun...
That doesn't obligate anyone to change the rules or the way they play.
This is part of this game that I really DO like. I also like a lot of the stuff I stumble across trying to find the answer. And I certainly don't mind when others find the answer first, as long as I feel I was capable of finding the answer given a little more time.laurenhiya21 wrote:I personally kind of like learning about these obscure games. Although, I might not be the norm since I also find a lot of obscure stuff to be fun haha.
I hate this saying. It has an ugly smugness to it, a superior sneer built right in. This phrase should die in a fire.Exhuminator wrote:Git gud.

Pretty sure all of us 'round these parts use "GIT GUD" in a strictly sarcastic fashion.

If you've had as little sleep as I've had for as long as I have, you wouldn't know where the line is, either...Exhuminator wrote:It was a joke. So that means I'm sorry if I've been a bit snippy. Still not adjusted to this.

If I weren't still at work this might be a lot easier. All I can remember for niche on-line stores is Desura... which is now OnePlay? Hey, as long as my Desura games still work, the few I have...pierrot wrote:You're on the right track. It's not on Steam, though. In terms of niche online digital storefronts there's also itch.io which caters to homegrown indie titles. They have a gaming client and everything. Darned if I know what that game is though.
